LAURA & ANDREW ICELAND ANNIVERSARY ADVENTURE SESSION

What an amazing way to celebrate your 1st wedding anniversary. Laura & Andrew wanted something special, they wanted something unique, something intimate and epic.  They wanted an Adventure session.

The moment Laura and Andrew said they want to celebrate their 1st wedding anniversary by going to Iceland my excitement kicked in. I have a passion for travel and a bigger passion for Iceland. There is something about Iceland that I find very hard to explain to others especially if you haven’t visited. The huge landscape and the feeling of isolation just captivates me and I always long to go back. Having clients who appreciate adventure and the unknown and want to explore our wonderful planet is incredible. I knew the places to visit – The abandoned plane wreck in Vik and its sandy black beaches with amazing basalt column rock structures. Seljalandsfoss waterfall where you can walk behind the waterfall itself, you just have to be brave enough and know your gonna get wet. Then of course the secret locations but one thing is for sure, I will never forget the emotion between Laura & Andrew as they read such special words to each other over a beautiful sunset with seals watching their every move at Jokulsarlon glacier lagoon. I had to pinch myself.

I want to photograph more couples in Iceland and my Adventure sessions are the perfect answer.
