This was a very special day. It was a day of  firsts, the very first wedding at the brand new wedding venue Sant Ffraed House in the county of Monmouthshire just a stones throw from Abergavenny. The first day as husband and wife, the first Choos to walk into the K Room and dance the night away, and of course an honour and a privilege to be the first wedding photographer at Sant Ffraed House to capture the this incredible milestone moment for the Oldwalls Collection.  Showcasing this stunning venue along with the other two venues which include Fairyhill and Oldwalls, both wedding venues located in South Wales on the Gower peninsular.

Sant Ffraed House sits on an estate dating back to the 12th century. Purchased back in 2021 by The Oldwalls Collection the refurbishment was soon underway and the brand new K Room was built. On June 1st 2022 the doors were opened and Sant Ffraed House welcomed the first official bride, groom and guests through the doors for the wedding of Rebekha & Paul. 

Blessed with amazing light, I was able to photograph the married couple on the estate where there also sits the 14th century church of St Bride’s and the Grade II listed manor house. Great family and friends…for me it’s the first of many more perfect wedding days to come at Sant Ffraed House.
