Photographing a wedding at Villa Zagara in Sorrento is always a dream, but this one was something truly special. It wasn’t just about the stunning views, the warm Italian light, or the lush gardens. It was about the people.

I’ve known this family for over ten years, capturing other weddings, family portraits, and milestones along the way. This connection meant more than just familiarity—it built trust. The guests already knew me, not just as the photographer, but as someone who had been part of the couple’s journey from the beginning.

That bond allowed me to move through the day with ease, capturing real, emotional moments without intrusion. There’s a different kind of depth when you’ve laughed, cried, and celebrated with the same family across years. The day itself had a beautiful first look moment to father of bride, then onto the unexacting groom. A classic Mercedes, a bridal mini, a cake cutting like no other and the wildest most fun dance floor party!
